Fondant frozen Elsa cake with snow flake decorations and glitter
Vanilla flavoured cake of 8-10 serves with buttercream filling and frosting
Students will learn to tort, level and stack the cake.(Please note the cakes will be prebaked by us and students will get to start from layering the cake)
Will learn to colour the buttercream (please note the buttercream is pre-made, and you will be given printed recipe for the buttercream to try at home)
Students will learn to carve the cake for the doll's skirt
Will Iearn to fill and ice the cake with buttercream
Students will learn to do crumb coating and final coating with the buttercream
Students will learn to roll the fondant and will learn to cover the cake with fondant
They will learn to prep the Elsa doll for the cake and also learn to fix the Elsa doll into the cake (Elsa doll will be provided by us and it can be taken home with the cake)
Also they will learn to make the doll's cloths with fondant
Students will learn to decorate the skirt with snow flake decorations
Finally they will learn to apply edible glitter to Elsa
All the ingredients and tools needed for the lesson will be provided by Cakewaves.
Apron will be provided
A small snack will be served during the break (biscuits and drink)
End of the lesson you will get to take the delicious cake you made and enjoy it with your family.
Printed class notes will be given at the end of the class

- Booked classes are not given refund. Anyways we are happy to replace your slot if you find a replacement. But we will not do refunding and rebooking for the replacement. Fund transferring needs to be handled between you two.Cakewaves should be notified atleast 14 days prior to the class date about not attending, in this case you may get the chance to join an alternative class instead.Each class required a minimum number of attendees, incase of less attendees Cakewaves will either reschedule or cancel the class. Paid attendees will be given a choice of attending to the rescheduled class or any other upcoming class of their choice or will be refunded when they could not find anything suitable
