What you will learn
  • Students will learn to tort, level and stack the cake.
  • Will learn to frost the cake with delicious chocolate ganache (Please note that the making of chocolate ganache is not included as this is an intermediate level class, but students will be getting printed recipe to try at home)
  • They will learn to cover the cake with fondant and will learn to do the fondant wood pattern on the cake
  • Will learn to make fondant plaque and use alphabet cutters to write "best dad' on the plaque
  • will learn to use different fondant modeling tools and cutters
  • will learn to create beer foam on top of the mug
  • will learn to do the mug handle in fondant and learn to attach the handle to the mug
  • Finally they will learn to assemble the cake with the decorations they made
 
  • All the ingredients and tools needed for the lesson will be provided by Cakewaves.
  • Apron will be provided
  • Light snack is included
  • Printed notes will be given for the recipes
  • End of the lesson you will get to take the delicious cake you made and enjoy it with your family.
 
This is a perfect opputunity to learn all the basic techniques from leveling,stacking and frosting the cake and also to learn the next level skills of working with fondant.

  • Booked classes are not given refund. Anyways we are happy to replace your slot if you find a replacement. But we will not do refunding and rebooking for the replacement. Fund transferring needs to be handled between you two. 
    Cakewaves should be notified atleast 14 days prior to the class date about not attending, in this case you may get the chance to join an alternative class instead.
    Each class required a minimum number of attendees, incase of less attendees Cakewaves will either reschedule or cancel the class.  Paid attendees will be given a choice of attending to the rescheduled class or any other upcoming class of their choice or will be refunded when they could not find anything suitable
