Orders over 20kg dead weight or cubic weight (whatever is higher) will incur extra postage charges, we will contact you before posting to get your concern.

Postage charges will be calculated again after checkout at Cakewaves and will be notify for additional fees due parcel size/weight and destination.
Most items we sell are in stock and ready for immediate shipping.
We aim to ship all orders within 48 hours of receipt of payment.
Orders received over closing days / holidays may require additional shipping time.
If the items is not available for any specific reason. In this case, you will be contacted soon as we can and issued a FULL REFUND.
Most of our orders Shipped via Australia Post standard Shipping.
We deliver to P.O. Boxes.
You will receive an email containing a tracking number for your shipment once your items have been sent.

Edible Items and Decorations
Please note that the sending of edible sugar flowers and decorations is done at the total responsibility of the buyer. Whilst we will attempt to package the products as safely and securely as possible - the fragile nature of the products makes them prone to breakages. All risk of breakage is borne by the buyer.
eGiftcards purchased online have no expiry dates, eGiftcards can be used for online store only.
Physical store purchase is not allowed/applicable.

Law – Disputes
These Terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms and conditions are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia.
Cakewaves makes no representation or warranty that the content of this website complies with the laws of any country outside Australia.
If you access this site from outside Australia, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for complying with the laws in the place where you access this website from.
Booked classes are not given refund. Anyways we are happy to replace your slot if you find a replacement. But we will not do refunding and rebooking for the replacement. Fund transferring needs to be handled between you two.
Cakewaves should be notified atleast 14 days prior to the class date about not attending, in this case you may get the chance to join an alternative class instead.
Each class required a minimum number of attendees, in case of less attendees Cakewaves will either reschedule or cancel the class. Paid attendees will be given a choice of attending to the rescheduled class or any other upcoming class of their choice or will be refunded when they could not find anything suitable
In-Store Items Sold
Return is acceptable within two weeks of Purchase.
No Returned at anytime is acceptable at Cakewaves for good comes under Edible, Party Supplies.
If Customer Posted and edible items as return , we are not responsible for that postage charges and item will be trashed, no refund provided.
Items can be hired for maximum of 3-4 days.
Refundable deposit applies, and the deposit will be refunded upon the return of the hired items
Hired items should be returned as the same condition when hired.
Any damages, ill conditions or failure to return on time will be charged additional.
Hire can be booked via online or in-store, however the items need to be picked up from our store.
Postal service is not available for hires.
