All orders need to be placed a week prior to the pickup/delivery date.
Cancellations need to be informed formaly via email to info@cakewaves.com.au atleast a week prior to the pickup/delivery date.
Any cancellations, which are less than a week notice will not be eligible for a full refund.
Changes on design/flavour or any other updates on the order need to be informed a week prior via email.
The order will be confirmed only once the customer recieve a confirmation mail from one of the Cakewaves team member
