  • Class Location : Malvern Community Art Centre, No 29 Burke Road, Malvern East 3145

  • Chocolate cake with chocolate ganache frosting and fondant covering

  • Students will learn to prepare , level and stack the cake.

  • Students will learn to frost the cake with the delicious chocolate ganache frosting. Recipe for the chocolate ganache will be shared

  • Will learn to use the ganache lids to acheive the sharp edge

  • They will also learn to cover the cake with fondant and will learn the fondantechniques

  • Students will get to use the fondant tools to smoothen and sharpen the cake further to acheive the professional finish

  • All the ingredients and tools needed for the lesson will be provided by Cakewaves.

  • Students will be provided with Aprons and light refreshment will be served

  • End of the lesson you will get to take the delicious cake you made and enjoy it with your family.

  • NOTE : Students can choose a different color of fondant if they do not  prefer white. But the colour should be clearly mentioned at the time of booking. Anyways the flavour of the cake can not be changed other than Gluten free.


Sharp Edged Fondant Cake Class Using Ganache Lids - 29 Mar 2019

  • Booked classes are not given refund. Anyways we are happy to replace your slot if you find a replacement. But we will not do refunding and rebooking for the replacement. Fund transferring needs to be handled between you two. 

    Cakewaves should be notified atleast 14 days prior to the class date about not attending, in this case you may get the chance to join an alternative class instead.

    Each class required a minimum number of attendees, incase of less attendees Cakewaves will either reschedule or cancel the class.  Paid attendees will be given a choice of attending to the rescheduled class or any other upcoming class of their choice or will be refunded when they could not find anything suitable.
